We only process personal data that you provide to us in connection with membership of the association, use of our services (e.g. as part of an order in the reservation system as a tool for the administration of sports services or in the reservation system for the management and administration of group trainings and permanent reservations or by logging into subscription to content newsletters.
This is most often the data you give us when you register for one of our services:

• Telephone number
• Other information filled in by you (e.g. in the application to the association and the application for courses and trainings for children - School of Beach Volleyball and trainings for adults - weekly courses and weekend tournaments and trainings is the birth number, or date of birth and place of residence). This also applies to the representation of association members under the age of 15 (16 for GDPR) by their legal representatives.

The main reason why we process your personal data is the record purpose of your payments and payments related in general to club membership, or to the activity that the club provides as part of the main activity of the public. For the main activity of the association, according to § 3a paragraph 6 of Act 115/2011 (ZOPS), we must always register the membership payment and match it with the member's personal data.
Another reason for the collection and processing of personal data is the fact that when processing applications for subsidy titles announced by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Czech Republic and subsidy titles of territorial administrative units and the Czech Volleyball Association, the Prague Volleyball Association, the Czech Union of Sport, or other umbrella organizations operating in the field of sports and sports , the personal data of the members of the applicant (association) are required compulsorily, again with reference to § 3a, paragraph 6 of Act 115/2011 (ZOPS). Evidence of the supplied information on the number of members, age of members, number of training sessions, participation in tournaments and competitions, or the participation of players - members of the association in representative teams of the Czech Republic - are key data required by the authorities when administering subsidy titles.
